We have had another busy busy month here at iOps360 rolling out new features and improving the features you use the most. Here are some of the bigger updates we have done since last month:
- Vehicle Check Offs – The vehicle checks have been re-designed on the website to have a better user experience, icons, links and more. The new view will load faster and track changes as you go. Comments can now be enabled on each item in the vehicle check or you can use the older setting to enable comments on all questions. Attachments can be added to vehicle checks too. (App update is coming soon).
- Status Boards – The status boards have a whole new engine that makes them more user friendly, improved stability and just nicer. CAD alerts now have optional sounds and you can customize how long before the alert auto closes. Users viewing the status boards from the website will be automatically redirected to the new version. Dedicated status board login/passwords will have the option to continue with the older/legacy version or the new version. Edit your status board login and disable “Legacy Version” to enable the new version. The new status boards need a little more processing power so if your device running the status boards are slow, please look at our updated hardware recommendations and consider purchasing a newer device if needed. We are planning on live traffic cameras with video in the future and the new hardware will be able to handle the video feeds.
- Time Cards – Added several new options including a 3rd authorization signature, user notes section for users to explain any variations, and the ability to print the notes on each time stamp. See System Config -> Time Cards -> Time Card settings.
- We have made a lot of changes to our back end infrastructure to give us more processing power and speed up page views.
We are currently working on the Job Openings section, Skyward Payroll integration and an updated Munis Integration.
Be sure to visit us at NC EMS Administrators conference in Wilmington NC (Mar 6-7), MIH Summit in Nashville (Mar 20-22), and GEMSA Directors (Mar 27-28).
