iOps360 contains a robust Inventory System, Work Order system, and Vehicle Check Offs. By Enabling all three, users can fill out a Morning Vehicle Check Off, Automatically Create A Work Order for missing Supplies, and Adjust the Inventory once the Work Order is completed.

Inventory Settings
Configure what users can do within the Inventory System.
Require Vehicle/Truck Id When Removing From Inventory | Requires Users to select the Vehicle or Truck ID when removing items from the Inventory via the Inventory Removal Page or the Inventory Kiosk Mode |
Prevent Non-Admins From Inventory Removal | Normally, users can withdraw items from the inventory. Enabling this option will prevent Non-Admin users from using the Inventory Removal Page. If the Inventory Kiosk is enabled, non-admin users can still remove items using the Inventory Kiosk |
Prevent Non-Admins From Inventory Reconciliation | Users can periodically reconcile the Inventory Quantities and Expiration dates. Enabling this option will prevent Non-Admin users from performing these functions |
Prevent Non-Admins From Viewing Item Cost | Hide the item cost from Non-Admin Users |
Inventory Kiosk [Logins]
Dedicated Login for staff inventory removal.
Print Employee Barcodes [For Inventory Kiosk]
Create barcodes for staff for use with the Inventory Kiosk or Barcode In/Out features. This allows for the inventory checks to occur more efficiently.
Inventory Categories & Sub Categories
Create and edit the Categories used for Inventory Items. This will help keep inventory items organized easily locatable.
Inventory Locations
Create and edit the Locations of your store Inventory Items. Also, you can create Sub-Locations (i.e. Station 1 has a Crew Supply room and a Master Supply room). This will help keep inventory items organized easily locatable.
Inventory Manufactures
Create and edit the Manufacturers for Inventory Items. This will help identify where to get more of a particular item or when to get support and repairs.
Inventory Suppliers
Create and edit the Suppliers that you Order Inventory Items from and Send/Receive POs to. This will help to make sure the supply chain for necessary items is not disrupted.
Kit Types
Kits allow you to link Equipment and Inventory items for quick movement across vehicles

Work Order Categories & Reminders
Create and edit the categories and the users associated with each Work Order Category. Optionally, iOps360 can remind the users when a Work Order has been open more than a certain amount of time.
Category Name | The Category Name that users will see and choose to create |
Number of Users In Category | The Number of Users that will be notified and have access to modify this Category |
Suggest To Add Users Working On Unit | When a new Work Order is created, suggest to the user to add personnel working on a specific unit (i.e. Supervisor Truck) |
Reminders | The Number of Automatic Email Reminders that will be sent until a work order has been Started or Until Completed |
Custom Questions | The Number of Custom Questions that users can fill out when creating a work order in this category |
Work Order/Vehicle Check Configuration
Configure the settings to Link Vehicle Check Offs and the Work Order Systems including Logistics Unit, Email Notifications, Inventory Settings.
Enable “Inventory” Based Work Orders | Turn On The Main Inventory Work Order Section. If this section is off, No Work Orders can contain Inventory Items |
Vehicle Checks Will Automatically Create Work Orders For Missing Inventory Items | When a user completes a Vehicle Check-Off and items are below the par level for the truck, a Work Order can be automatically created for the missing items. Select ‘Prompt’ to ask the user before creating a Work Order for Missing Items |
Allow Users To Remove Inventory Items Directly From The Vehicle Check-Off | Users can either create a Work Order to have the Logistics Personnel remove items from the Inventory – OR – Allow the users to directly remove items from the inventory. If the inventory is available at the bases, users can withdraw directly by setting this ‘Enabled’ |
