Units/Vehicles Setup [Edit Units and Hours of Operation]

Create and edit the Units/Vehicles in the scheduler, staffing methods, hours of operations, and organize units into Bases/Stations. This will identify how to organize Users and should be the same as your agency’s structure.

Schedule Views/Divisions [Day Shift vs. Nights, Admin vs. Units]

Divisions allow you to create Custom Filtered views of Units and Vehicles. I.e. Day Time, Night Time, Special Events, Admin, etc., and only show the units you designate. Used on Main Calendar and Edit Today’s Schedule pages. This will allow you to customize what you see so that you can find out what is going on and who is available at a particular time.

Units/Vehicle Ordering [Set Sort Order of the Units]

Set the ordering of the Units/Vehicles through out the scheduler.

Enable Custom Sort OrderEnabling A Custom Sort Order Allows You To Set The Order Of The Units Through Out iOps360. Normal Sorting Is By Base/Station And Then Unit Name

Units/Vehicles Staffing Requirements [Ladder 1 Requires Officer]

Create and edit Schedule Requirements for each Unit. By utilizing this, you can specify what qualifications are needed for each Unit. This will make sure that each Unit has the resources it needs to complete its tasks.

Units/Vehicle Rotation Schedule [Ladder 1 Rotates to Rescue 3]

Users assigned to Units/Vehicles can automatically rotate from one unit to another for the Entire Month. Use this feature to move users automatically when the month calendar is created (i.e. EMS1 -> EMS2 -> EMS3 -> EMS1).

Unit Rotation FrequencySelect which months that the Rules below will operate. If your Units do NOT rotate, then this setting will not matter and ensure each unit rotates back to itself. If your units rotate only on Odd numbered months (January, March, etc.) then select Odd Months Only. If your units rotate only on Even numbered months (February, April, etc.) then select Event Months Only. This setting does not apply to Users on Shift Templates

Vehicle Check Categories

Configure the Categories used in the Vehicle Check Offs. You can set this categories up based on time intervals, by unit/vehicle, or by any category that your agency needs.

Vehicle IDs [For Vehicle Checks & Equipment i.e. Unit 900 instead of EMS 1]

Create and edit Vehicle IDs to instead of Schedule Unit name for Equipment feature and Vehicle Check Off forms (i.e. Use Truck ID 951 instead of EMS1).
