Have a great idea? We want to know. The iOps360 platform is not a static product. The platform has grown with great ideas from agencies just like yours and most feature requests are completed with out any cost to you. This business model pushes iOps360 to grow and make a better product for your agency.
Here are a few of the latest changes and upgrades to the platform:
- Create Schedule By Cost Centers – Members, Units, and Shift Templates can now be placed into cost centers and the schedule can be created / published by each individual cost center. This allows you to create several schedules as needed (ie Admin several months out and the front line truck a month in advance) Learn More at Cost Centers
- Improved Tablet layout – Updated our style sheets to accommodate for the newer tablets where the menu bar was showing too tall on some devices.
- Education Document Tree – Admin staff can create any license, class or skill from the Doc Tree but some required images. Added an option for admins to override and not upload the required image if needed.
- Education Skill Scanning – Added a quick scan feature to print a QR Code for a specific skill. Staff can scan the QR code with their phone to quickly document a skill was performed. ie You can print this custom QR Code and place in the training room above an intubation mannequin. Staff can perform the skill and scan the qr code to document the skill. Learn more at Skill Quick Scan
- Inventory – Added a location inquiry / lookup feature to quickly find what inventory item was/is in a specific location/row/shelf/bin.
- Inventory Kiosk – Users can deduct one item from the inventory using the kiosk with each scan. Added buttons to adjust the quantity +1, -1 and can now click the quantity to adjust to any number.
- Open Shift Request Approval – If a user responds to an open shift request but can only work part of the shift, we have added a button to edit that event and make any time changes needed.
- Schedule Editing Open Shifts – The user’s requesting to work an open shift and their comments are now visible on mobile devices when editing the schedule. Previously this was a hover button and difficult to use on phones.
- Schedule Notes Editor Permission – Added a new user permission that will allow non-admin staff members to edit the notes on the schedule but not change an scheduled events
- Vehicle Check Offs – 1.) Added an Out Of Service notes section that can include instructions to staff when a specific truck goes out of service such as items to more and who to notify. 2.) Added a report to export all of your vehicle checks over a date range and another report to export your vehicle check fields/layout. 3.) Ability to include the users response to a specific question in the Vehicle Check Search page. If you have a Vehicle Check Question of Truck Id or Crew Member etc, these can be shown in the search window for quicker searching.
Keep the great ideas coming. Our next projects include the ability to complete the vehicle check from the app, live traffic maps in the status board, and ability to assign tasks to staff members with reminders.
Thanks for all that you do and be safe out there!
