Active 911
iOps360 integrates with Active911 to pull real-time dispatch information and call responses. By linking your schedule, operations, and CAD information from Active 911, you are able to see call volume analysis, schedule planning, and staff activity from one simple to use platform. Also, the status board can display your real-time responses to alerts and call history. Another great feature is the ability to send alerts/pages to your Active911 groups from iOps360 in the Email/Paging gateway.

Google Calendar Sync
iOps360 has partnered with Google Calendar to sync user events directly to their Google Calendar. Once you have published the iOps360 calendar, events will be added to the user’s calendar. If events are changed or removed from iOps360, the Google Calendar will stay synced in real-time.

iOps360 syncs users’ completed education from FireRescue1 Academy to keep all education topics and con-ed hours aggregated into one centralized location. Each day, iOps360 will synchronize our “Other Education” information with the FireRescue1 academy to keep your records in sync.
FireWorks
iOps360 can automatically send schedule information to FireWorks and any other RMS/charting system. We have an open API that allows data requests to FireWorks and any other API connections.

National Weather Service
iOps360 can alert staff when a new National Weather Service warning is issued for your service areas. Select from one or multiple NWS Zones to monitor and iOps360 will show all active warnings for the areas to ensure staff are well informed and safe.
Continuum / NC OEMS / EMS PIC
Continuum sync will automatically pull the Licenses from the Publicly Accessible site. This includes EMT, Advanced EMT, EMD, EMR, and Paramedic. iOps360 will automatically search your users’s against the Continuum personnel list. Once users are matched up, Licenses will be imported from Continuum and mapped to your iOps360 Licenses
Licenses will be placed into the Education Verification Queue for you to approve. Licenses pulled automatically will be Created By “Automatic Import” instead of a specific user. Continuum no longer publishes the License Number of the user on the public site, but this can be added during the license verification. Contact any member of iOps360 to turn on the Continuum Sync and map the state Licenses to your iOps360 License types.

The NC-BON sync will automatically pull the Licenses from the License Verification page. This includes CNA, MOA, LPNs, RNs. iOps will automatically search your users’s against the NC-BON personnel list. Once users are matched up, Licenses will be imported and mapped to your iOps Licenses. Licenses will be placed into the Education Verification Queue for you to approve. Licenses pulled automatically will be Created By “Automatic Import” instead of a specific user. Contact any member of iOps360 to turn on the NC-BON Sync and map the state Licenses to your iOps360 License types.
North Carolina Respiratory Care Board
The NC RCP sync will automatically pull the Licenses from the License Verification page. This includes RCP and RRT. iOps360 will automatically search your users against the NC Respiratory Care Board personnel list. Once users are matched up, Licenses will be imported and mapped to your iOps360 Licenses. Licenses will be placed into the Education Verification Queue for you to approve. Licenses pulled automatically will be Created By “Automatic Import” instead of a specific user. Contact any member of iOps360 to turn on the NC Respiratory Care Board Sync and map the state Licenses to your iOps360 License types.
