IAmResponding.com integrates with iOps360 by adding us to your alert emails. Once iOps360 receives an alert email, the information will be parsed and sent to the status boards. IaR’s format tends to vary quite a bit from one call to another so advanced features like Response Times and Mapping is not available at this time.
Setting Up IaR

Setup is as simple as including iOps360 into your email notifications for call alerts. Edit any user account and include the email address of “noreply2@iops360.com“. Once an alert is received, call details will be parsed and pushed out to the status boards.
- Login into iAmResponding
- Click on your name in the top right hand corner and select “Edit my profile”
- Confirm your credentials with the popup window
- Use the email address of “noreply2@iops360.com” in the Email Address or Secondary Email Address
- Scroll down to the Dispatch Information section
- Click the box “Send me these dispatches“
- Next to “Send dispatch information to my”, click “Primary email address” or “Secondary email address”. If you put the iOps email address in the “Secondary Email Address” field, you would click Secondary. Otherwise click Primary email address.
- Click “Update” at the bottom to save.
Once the next alert is received, call details will be forwarded to your status boards and you are all set. Advanced features like call history and reporting are not yet available. We have reached out to IaR to see about additional integrations and APIs. Will keep you posted with additional updates.
