The Emergency Services Scheduler was created by a nurse and paramedic because we know what works best for our industry. Our staff has over 25 years in Fire, EMS, and Helicopter transport experience.
Brad Goodman, Owner
Brad Goodman BSN, CFRN, NRP
Brad created the Emergency Services Scheduler in 2004 while working with Cabarrus County EMS, in Concord NC. Brad is a RN, CFRN and National Registry EMT-P. He started working in Trauma ICU at Atrium Health – Main in 2004 and continued on to work for MedCenter Air Flight Team in 2006-2017. In 2017, Brad has left the flight team to keep up with the growth of the iOps360.
When Brad is not working, he is an avid public land bow hunter.
Brian Lawless, Director of Business
Brian Lawless, BA
Brian graduated from William Jewell College with a Bachelors in Business Administration and was a 4 year member of their nationally ranked soccer team.
As the Director of Sales and Support, he is the primary point-of-contact for most agencies. You will hear from Brian for new business inquiries and demo presentations, on-boarding, contract renewals and he even jumps in on the Help Chats.
From coaching high school and college soccer to creating Financial Literacy programs for a Fortune 500 company, he enjoys helping others and seeing people achieve their goals.
Away from the office, Brian can be found spending time with family, playing soccer or on the golf course.
Nate White, Director of Information Technology
Nate White DINFOS, ACS
Nate brings 16 years of Information Technology with experience in research, instructional, visual design, corporate sales, customer service, and enterprise computing. Nate sets the IT direction and coordinates the technology infrastructure of the company. He is responsible for IST units which support enterprise applications, enterprise data, information security, research support, user support, communications, and research support.
When Nate is not working, he loves riding his Harley, hunting wildlife, and taking care of his family farm with his wife and daughter.
Savannah Ray, Director of Sales and Support
Savannah Ray, BS
Savannah graduated from Gardner-Webb University with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and a Double Minor in Psychology and Homeland Security. Soon after Savannah began her career in law enforcement with the Gaston County Police Department where she served two years as an officer. Savannah utilizes her law enforcement background and serves as the sales and support manager for iOps360.
When Savannah is not working, she is teaching dance and going fishing.
Dominique Louangrath, Senior Software Engineer
Dominique Louangrath, BA
Dominique brings a strong foundation in computer science to the team, holding a Bachelors in Computer Science from UNC Charlotte. With a focus on modernizing legacy systems and developing maintainable applications, Dominique is leading the charge on a significant migration project, transitioning complex web applications to Python and Django.
When not tackling technical challenges, Dominique explores her passion for artificial intelligence, particularly Local Language Models (LLMs), and their ability to run efficiently on consumer hardware. Away from the desk, she enjoys creative outlets such as 3D modeling for VR applications and expressing her artistic side through sewing and crafting costumes and props for cosplay.
Wilson Molby, Senior Software Engineer
Wilson Molby, BS, Minor in Digital Art
Wilson received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He is currently working alongside the Python Development Team to refactor the existing codebase, leveraging Python’s capabilities to improve the system’s performance, maintainability, and scalability. His background in digital art and interest in graphic design and UX/UI design will be invaluable in ensuring that the user experience of using iOps360 remains clean and intuitive.
Outside of his work, Wilson delves into a range of creative activities. He has a strong passion for gaming, including board games, trading card games, and video games. Additionally, Wilson is enthusiastic about creating art and exploring visual design. He often utilizes Blender, a powerful and versatile 3D modeling software, and Aseprite, an efficient software designed for pixel art and animation.
John Tweedy, Strategic Design & Operations Director
John Tweedy
John served in the United States Air Force and began a long career of sales in the telecommunications industry. John’s experience has proven a valuable resource to the iOps360 family in developing the workflows and background designs of many projects. Customer requests are routed through John and he will build out the ideas from customers and build upon the framework to make the idea pop.
