iOps360 and ImageTrend Integration Api

iOps360 has a variety of APIs that can be used to send schedule information to variety of 3rd party software platforms. The ImageTrend API allows iOps360 to automatically update ImageTrend with the latest schedule changes to auto-fill the RMS with the current crews for each apparatus.

Setting up the ImageTrend API is a quick process but does require two items from ImageTrend. Contact your sales rep to obtain a “URL / Endpoint” and a “Token”. Your agency’s URL will be similar to https://________.imagetrendelite.com/publicwebservice/apiservice.asmx and the token will be a long series of letters and numbers.

• Obtain the URL and token from your ImageTrend sales rep.
• From iOps360, click on “Features” -> “Integrations“
• Click on the “Scheduling” tab and select “Image Trend“
• Click “Configure Connector” and enter the URL and Token provided by ImageTrend.
• ImageTrend can map the iOps360 units and skill levels to their fields or iOps360 can do this. The iOps360 “Skill Level” will match the ImageTrend “Rank” and the iOps360 “User Role” will match their “Role” fields.
