Platform Update Highlights
We’ve made several upgrades to improve performance, usability, and flexibility across your scheduling experience. Here’s what’s new:
Major Security Upgrade
We’ve completed a substantial security overhaul to strengthen monitoring across our apps and websites. This paves the way for future features like passkey login support—making access faster and safer.
Website Overhaul
For the past year, we’ve been rewriting the platform in a modern language with a focus on speed, reliability, and security. While the overall layout will stay familiar, expect smoother performance and better scalability as we roll out these improvements gradually.
Time Stamp Approval Queue
Users can now submit time stamps even when offsite—such as during conferences or emergencies. These entries go into a supervisor approval queue. Once approved, they’ll appear with location data just like standard time stamps.
Pay Code Enhancements
We’ve added a new incentive pay code for scheduled flags. Unlike before, flags will no longer override existing hours—instead, they’ll add additional hours to a separate code, keeping original allocations intact.
Mass Edit Improvements
A new secondary color option has been added to mass edit fields—making bulk updates more visually intuitive and easier to navigate.
Day View Copy Button
Need to share a schedule quickly? The new “Copy” button in the top-right Actions Menu lets you instantly copy the day’s schedule to your clipboard for easy sharing in emails or reports.
Kit Restocking
Staff can now restock items in kits directly from both the app and website. Admins can control which kit types are restockable via: System Config > Inventory > Kit Types
