Our momentum continues as we build on last month’s foundation. With the new codebase fully in place, we’re now rolling out improvements across payroll, mobile apps, time cards, and integrations — all designed to make daily operations smoother and more reliable for every agency.
Payroll Integrations
We’ve expanded and strengthened our payroll ecosystem:
- New QuickBooks T‑Sheets integration for agencies using the QuickBooks workforce suite.
- Enhanced PayChex payroll processing — if a batch fails, the system now retries each employee individually and reports back only the specific failures. This reduces rework and makes troubleshooting dramatically easier.
These improvements are part of our broader effort to make payroll faster, more resilient, and more transparent.
App Updates
Our mobile team shipped several fixes and refinements this month focused on stability and usability:
- UI improvements across multiple screens
- Bug fixes reported by field users
- Performance tuning to keep the app responsive during high‑volume workflows
More enhancements are already in development as we continue tightening the mobile experience.
Knowledge Base Launch
We’ve begun building a centralized knowledge base to give users quick answers to common questions. This will become a go‑to resource for onboarding, troubleshooting, and best practices. More articles and categories will be added each week.
Time Card Rollout
The new Time Card system continues to roll out agency by agency.
Our team will reach out to review:
- Configuration
- Holidays
- Leave categories
- Payroll rules
- Any custom logic your agency needs
The goal is simple: ensure payroll runs exactly the way you want, with fewer manual steps and clearer audit trails.
Python Coding Updates
Our engineering team has completed the full Python migration, and we’re now releasing new modules every week. This modern foundation gives us the flexibility to deliver features faster and introduce more automation and AI‑driven improvements throughout 2026.
