Each month we make lots of changes based on your suggestions and ideas. Here are some of the larger changes we have made since last month:
New Features and Changes:
Help Tickets – Just a reminder, any iOps related issues or questions can be placed in the Resources > Help Tickets. Previously these were in the Work Order section but have migrated them to their own area for better tracking and customizations.
Schedule Views – Added a green border around your shifts, improved the Requirement and Double staffing checks on Week Views and Month Views.
Supervisors Pass Down – Added Templates / Default values or any Passdown category. This will help prompt staff members to fill in the correct information such as all of your truck identifiers or other items expected in that category. See System Config – General – Supervisor Passdown Categories.
Vehicle Checks – Added color codes to each page/tab in the vehicle checks. Pages will be red until a user has clicked on each page and filled out the required items. Any missing inventory items will display a yellow color. Once all required items are completed, a green color will be displayed. Currently the page colors will not prevent a user from submitting a form and this will be implemented as a setting later this year. This feature will be rolling out to the app in the next week.
On-Going Projects:
Language Update: We are continuing to migrate the website language over and estimate this should be done this fall. We will begin rolling out each module after through testing is completed.
iOpsAI: We are integrating AI more and more into the website with a focal point on new agency on-boarding. As this is solidified, we will also have these tools available for schedule changes and trending.
Ride-Along-Module: We have been working with several local colleges and agencies to track ride alongs and course progress. Lots of good changes coming.
Upcoming Conferences:
