iOps360 Platform Updates
For the past two years our engineering team has been quietly rebuilding iOps360 from the ground up in a modern language. This was a deliberate, large-scale effort designed to unlock two things: AI-driven improvements and faster, safer code changes going forward. That foundation is now in place, and we’re ready to begin delivering the benefits to you.
What to expect next
A huge thank you to every engineer who contributed time and expertise to make this possible. Your work is the reason we can move faster and build smarter.
New modules will be released weekly, and many of them already include upgraded features and performance improvements. Over the coming weeks you’ll see steady, incremental updates rather than one big, disruptive release. This approach lets us deliver value faster while responding quickly to feedback.
App updates
We shipped several app-focused improvements this month:
- Receipt scanner for easier receipt capture and organization.
- Expanded form features to make data entry more flexible and reliable.
- Training recording directly in the app so you can capture sessions on the go.
- Barcode scanning fix for iOS — a recent iOS update slowed barcode reads; we’ve implemented a fix to restore scanning speed and reliability.
These changes are aimed at reducing friction for field users and improving data accuracy across workflows.
Time stamps and Time Cards improvements
We made a number of targeted enhancements to time tracking and scheduled events:
- Improved performance across time-stamp and time-card workflows.
- Edits no longer require a full page reload, making corrections faster and smoother.
- Edit scheduled events from the Time Card — you can now update events directly from the time card view.
- Quick Add for missing time stamps to simplify retroactive entries.
- Lock out individual users or groups to support temporary access controls.
- Improved printing with a printer header that shows date and time printed for auditability.
- Ability to add custom checks, rules, and modules so administrators can tailor logic to their operations.
- Custom exports and reports to make data extraction and analysis easier.
- Enhanced electronic signatures with 1 to 3 signature spots available.
- Comments and disclaimer box plus the ability to print time-stamp user notes for clearer record keeping.

Our team will be coordinating with your payroll personnel to review your current configuration, and assist with the full migration. The old version and new version will run concurrently until your agency approves all the updates.
Why this matters
These updates reduce manual work, improve auditability, and give administrators more control. Faster edits, better printing, and customizable rules mean less time spent fixing issues and more time focused on operations. The new codebase also positions us to introduce AI-powered features that will automate routine tasks and surface smarter insights.
Closing and next steps
We’ll continue rolling out modules each week and will share highlights in next month’s update. If you have feedback or see something that could be improved, please send it to your account manager or support channel so we can prioritize it in upcoming releases.
Thank you again to the engineering team and to all users for your patience and input as we make iOps360 faster, smarter, and more capable.
