iOps360 Updates For July 2022

Our team has been working hard with your ideas and suggestions. Here are few of the bigger changes we made to iOps360 since last month:

1. Education – We have added a Class Request feature when users are already working during a class. When this feature is turned on, users will request to be added to a class. A Supervisor or Educator can then approve the user to be removed from the shift and an open shift created for another user to pick up. Allowances for travel time from their work location to the class location can also created. This feature can be enabled in System Config -> Education -> Education Settings
2. Education – The education team will now receive an instant notification when a user has failed the maximum number of attempts for an Education Quiz. This will help ensure users can be reset quickly (if needed) and keep you updated when a quiz might need adjustments
3. Education – Added the ability to import SCORM files from other LMS content providers. This will allow you to create education on an outside editor using quizzes, videos, etc. and iOps can run the SCORM file, recording user compliance. We are currently building our own adaptive learning module which will allow you to create a timeline and decide where the user goes depending on how they answer questions along the way. We will advise once we are nearing completion of this project
4. Equipment Images – Added ability to upload images with each equipment item
5. Forms – The Form Workflows now have the ability to send a copy of the form to a user selected in the form. If the form has a drop down of users, then you can select this field in the work flow to send a copy of the form to that user. This is useful for closed loop communication on evaluations or other forms where the user is not the one creating the form
6. Inventory Images – Added ability to upload images with each inventory item
7. Profile Check Up – Added Emergency Contact information to the every 90 day Profile Check Up. Also created report of Emergency Contact Information for quick reference
8. Supervisors Passdown – Added the ability to customize who the passdown is sent to when making changes. You can select any users and also use the quick pick buttons to select many users at once
9. Uploads – Increased the upload size limit to 2 gb. This will assist when uploading movies with educational content such as base meetings and lectures

The app team has begun testing with several agencies and will have an awesome update in the next few weeks. Much more to come and keep the great ideas coming!
