Monthly Company Updates and Changes
We are excited to share the latest enhancements and updates to our system, designed to improve your experience and streamline operations. Below are the key changes and ongoing projects:
Attachments
Added support for iOS/iPhone HEIF and HEIC image formats
Continuing Education
Added a Grace Period before enforcing education which is useful for required education and new staff. Until the grace period has occurred from their hire date, iOps360 will not make the user complete the education that is marked as required but will show them it is needed to be completed.
Schedule Reports
Weekend Worked Report has been added to review # of hours and shifts worked per weekend with selectable Cost Centers, User Status, and time weekend begins on Friday.
User Profile Pages
We have re-designed the user profile pages to be prettier, better mobile support, faster, more specific editing, and consistency between the view and edit windows.
Transports
Added the ability to Right Click and set the crew response time in case crews forget one or utilizing a comm center to record this information.
Kelly Days
We had a Kelly Day system based on the Shift Letter and Day Of The Week. Added another Kelly Day system based on the Pay Period – Most common shift letter in the Pay Period will be granted a Kelly Day. Contact your rep to assist with the setup or any questions.
Classes
We have added Pre-Test and Post-Tests to our class instances pages. These will allow instructors to see the quizzes online with auto grading for multiple choice. Short answers can be graded by instructors to issue the final grade. We also laid the ground work for Live-In Class tests + polling which will be coming later this year.
