February 2026 Updates
Our platform continues to grow with new accessibility options, scheduling tools, and integration enhancements. This month’s improvements focus on making daily operations clearer, faster, and easier for every agency.
🎨 Accessibility & ADA Enhancements
We’ve expanded Accessibility Mode with new color schemes and layout adjustments to support users who benefit from higher contrast and simplified views.
Enable these options from the Gears icon on the schedule.
These updates improve:
- Readability
- Spacing
- Visual clarity for users needing reduced on‑screen density
🕒 Time Card Rollout
The new Time Card format continues rolling out across agencies.
If your agency hasn’t migrated yet, our team will be reaching out soon to complete the transition.
🔗 QuickBooks T‑Sheets Integration
We’ve enhanced our QuickBooks ecosystem with:
- API integration for QuickBooks Online
- IIF integration for QuickBooks Desktop
This ensures smooth connectivity regardless of which QuickBooks version your agency uses.
🗂️ Mass Cancel Time Off Requests
A new tool is now available for managing extended leave situations such as workers’ comp or long‑term absences.
You can now:
- Cancel multiple time‑off requests at once
- Choose how each date should be re‑staffed
- Assign staff manually, by position, or to a new role (e.g., light duty)
Find it under Schedule Admin → Mass Cancel Time Off Requests.
🔄 Shift Swap Improvements
Admins can now:
- Create retroactive shift swaps
- Load prior dates for additional flexibility when adjusting past schedules
📅 Month View Pass Down
The Pass Down feature can now be displayed directly on the Month View.
Users can enable this via the Gears icon on the schedule.
📞 Call Lists in Schedule Editor & Bids
Call Lists are now integrated into the Schedule Editor and Bids workflows.
When a call list is selected:
- The staff list filters to only those on the list
- Staff automatically move to the bottom of the list when the schedule is saved or a bid is approved (ideal for mandatory OT lists)
👤 Schedule User Removal & Restore
A new tool in Schedule Admin and Education Admin allows you to temporarily remove a user from the schedule — helpful for educational non‑compliance, military deployment, or other extended absences.
Behavior includes:
- Selected shifts become open shifts
- During restoration, users are reassigned to any shift still open
- If a shift was filled or removed, the user is restored to the correct date and position without overwriting existing assignments
