Education Sharing

Education Sharing allows you to share your Con-Ed courses to other iOps360 agencies and also import courses from other agencies. Once the course has been imported, you can quickly customize the content and quiz questions as needed.

Sharing Con-Ed Courses

Each con-ed course can be individually designated as Shared. You will be prompted for the length of time to share from one day to forever. Once a course has been shared, other agencies can transfer a copy into their system.

To enable a course for sharing, locate the course from the Education -> Con-Ed Courses menu. Then click the “Share/Un-Share” option from the drop down menu. Select the length of time to share and click “Update Education Sharing Settings”.

To Un-share a course, follow the steps above and change the “Number of days to allow sharing” to zero.

Viewing Shared Courses

From the Con-Ed Course search page, click “Shared Education” in the top right. This will display any available shared courses.

Use the search filters to narrow down the results. The “Shares” column will display the number of times a course has been shared to other agencies. Click on any course to preview the files, links, and quiz questions.

Once you have reviewed the course items, click the green “Add Con-Ed To Your Agency”. The course will now be available for customization as needed.
