iOps360 can watch the National Weather Service Warnings for you area and keep your staff informed and safe while protecting the community. When users login, new Weather Warnings will be shown on the Home Page as well as on the Status Board Scroller.
Configure National Weather Service Warnings
To enable the National Weather Service Warnings for your service:
- Click on “Features” -> “System Configuration“
- Select the “General” tab
- Select “Weather Warnings“
- Click “Create New Weather Service Warning”
- Select the State and Area/County/Zone that you want to monitor
Repeat steps above for each National Weather Service area that you want to monitor.
User Notifications
Users will see the active notifications for each area on the home page and also in the scrolling text on the Status Board.
