Schedule Analysis tool provides you with valuable information from the schedule including the Number of Shifts for each user, the Number of Scheduled Hours and any Scheduled Overtime.
Run the Schedule Analysis tool
- Schedule Admin Menu (Create/Publish/Mass Modify)
- Click on “Schedule Analysis” in the bottom left
Filters
You can quickly filter the results to a specific month by changing the Month in the drop down.
Typically the analysis will begin with each week starting on the first day of your pay period (ie Sunday or Monday). However, if you are using Monthly based pay periods, you can change the filter to have each week begin with the first day of the month.
The third filter allows you to change the results in the table to the Number of Shifts Scheduled, the Number of Hours Scheduled, and the number of Hours of overtime.
And the last filter allows you to filter the results to All users, Full Time only, Part Time only and PRN / Volunteer staff.
Auto Assign Availability
The schedule analysis is a valuable complement to the Auto Assign Availability feature. By combining both features, you can have iOps360 assign your availability automatically and then target any modifications needed for senior staff or internal department policies.
