Schedule Requirements

You can quickly create Schedule Requirement Groups and assign the rules to multiple Units & Vehicles.  If a requirement group is not met, a warning flag will appear next to the Unit and also show in the Coverage Check menu.  The Schedule Requirements are created in Groups to allow you to create a group of Rules and then assign the group to one or more Unit / Vehicles.  An example of a rule could be “At Most 1 User with a Skill Level of Orientation” or “At Least 1 User with User Role of Captain”.

Summary

Creating Staffing Requirement Groups allows you to define rules and assign this group to one or more units, quickly.  You can create rules to ensure minimum staff requirements on essential units and also enhance these rules to prevent newer staff from working together, ensure a senior staff member, FTO, etc.  You can create as many rules in each group.  Each Unit can belong to only one (1) requirement group.  If you assign a unit to multiple groups, it will be automatically assigned to the most recent group only.
