Education Settings [ConEd Certificate, Unit for Education, Roster Time Stamps]

Update various Education Based Settings such as the Scheduling Unit Used for Education, Con Ed Certificate settings, and Ability to create timestamps for when completing a Class Roster.

Con-Ed Certificate Message / Teaching InstitutionWhen a Con-Ed Certificate is generated, you can include any messages such as your Teaching Institution Number
Create User Time Stamps When Completing A Class RosterUsers will typically Clock In and Clock Out for all classes. Alternatively, the Instructor or Education Handler can add Time Stamps for all users when a Class Roster is completed
Create A Schedule Event When Users sign Up For A ClassWhen a user signs up for a class, iOps360 can automatically add the user to the Schedule on the position selected below. This will keep the Users Hours Worked per week/month/etc more accurate

Class Types [ACLS, PALS, Stable]

Create and edit the Class Types available to be created, set when this Class Type will turn Yellow for users, and CEUs this Class Type offers.

PushClasses will automatically be rounded to the End of the month. Classes can also be pushed to expire beyond the normal Expiration Date. This is used when a user must take a class anytime during an educational year (Starts 10/1 for your organization). The Date the User takes the Class will effectively be at the end of the educational year (9/30) so the Expiration Date would be the end of the following educational year.

Con-Ed Hours Types [Individuals, Local, National, Company, Facilities]

Create and edit the Con-Ed Hour types available to Classes and Training features (i.e. National, Regional, OEMS, etc. Hours).

Education Document Folders [Hire Documents, Advancement]

The education document tree contains employee’s education records and can also have custom folders to hold resumes and other documents. This is a great tool for users to take advantage of and keep their education records organized.

License/Advanced Cert Types [EMT-P CCEMT-P NCDL]

Create and edit the License Types that are available to users in the Education System.

Public Class Calendar [Link & Embedding]

Class Instances that are Available to Public Users can either sign up with a link or you can Embed a calendar into your website by adding a few lines of code.

Resource Types [Podcasts, Course Offerings]

Create and edit the Resource Categories available to users (i.e. Courses Being Offered, Podcasts, Protocols).

Skill Types [Intubations]

Create and edit the Skills and Child Attributes for Skills

User Roles & Requirements [EMT-P, Admin]

Create and edit the User Roles and Requirements for each user role. User Roles can be used to separate employee tiers at your agency. For example, you can make a supervisor User Role that has permissions to administrative activities such approve leaves and education on iOps360 as well as an employee User Role that can only clock in/out and fill out truck checks.

Verification Flags [Pending Verification, On Hold, etc]

Flags can be placed on items in the Education Verification Queue to mark items that have been reviewed but not approved yet. Useful to remind you of what is preventing the approval process.
