Work Orders can be utilized to address many different malfunctions among the services that you may use on a daily basis. Sometimes those may pertain to particular equipment. A Work Order may not accurately reflect the issue with equipment, whereas a Service Record would.
We’ve been hard at work adding more features to the iOps360 experience. Users will now have greater control over Work Orders with the ability to take existing Work Orders and convert them to a Service Record.
To access this feature, please navigate to an existing Work Order and select the drop-down menu for “Work Order Options”. In this menu, you can see the new feature to convert a Work Order to a Service Record. Upon selecting this option, you will be able to identify the equipment involved and close out the Work Order as it will now be labeled as a Service Order.
