Most feature requests are completed with out any cost to you. This business model pushes the system to grow and make a better product for all customers.
It has been a busy month and we have lots of new features and improvements for you. We had 11 new agencies start last month and we wanted to thank you for the referrals!
Here is a few of the latest changes and upgrades to the platform from last month:
- Active 911 – Added the ability to follow vehicles and show on the iOps360 Vehicle Mapping. Any devices tagged as Units/Vehicles we will follow and display on the mapping. We do follow User devices due to obvious privacy concerns.
- Availability – Added the Shift Color to the calendar so users can easily know which shift a day is prior to submitting.
- Barcode In/Out Time Stamps – Will automatically associate users time punches to the closest shift +/- 4 hours.
- Classes – Added Quick Picks for Base/Stations and improved readability on mobile devices
- Inventory Kiosk Mode – You can create a dedicated Login/Password for your inventory room. This will stay logged in all the time and speed up the inventory item removal process. Users will enter their chart number, scan their badge, and begin scanning items to be removed. https://iops360.cominventory-kiosk/
- Leave Hours Tracking – Added the ability to award Leave Hours in a batch for the Year and by Anniversary of users Hire Date. Also added a system setting to allow users to request time off with hours they will accrue between today and the time off date.
- Leave Hours Forecaster – Added a forecaster so users can see their leave hours accrual to a future date based on their current accrual amounts. Full Time Users can see this by going to their profile and clicking “Options” in the top right corner.
- National Weather Service Warnings – You can now customize the NWS Weather Alerts that show on the home page (System Config -> Weather Warnings -> Customize)
- Resources (SOPs/SOGs) – Improved the workflow so that all folders will auto open, improved the icons, and mobile compatibility.
- Schedule – Added a daily print view / PDF that contains worked shifts, notes, and the Supervisor’s Daily Pass-down
- Schedule – Added 1 Week Unit Rotations (ie EMS1 for 1 Week Then Rescue2 for 1 Week, etc)
- Schedule vs Time Stamps – New feature added to Time Stamps page for admin to compare staff time stamps to the actual shifts and show the deviation
- Status Board – Rebuilt the internal core of the status board for improved updating and mobile compatibility. Live radar feed is nearing completion also. Be sure to reload your status board (F5 key/Refresh/Remote Update) to ensure you have the latest software.
- Time Line Editor – Fixed Compatibility with some IE browsers (Date was showing NaN).
- Time Off Requests – Added the Shift Color to the calendar so users can easily know which shift a day is prior to submitting.
- Time Stamps (Add/Edit) – Added the ability to link the shift when creating or modifying a Time Stamp. Add user’s schedule as Quick Picks for the time stamps.
- Truck Check Offs – Ability to have multiple tabs/pages on the Truck Check Off. Also add colors and icons to each page to easily organize questions for staff.
- Users – Added a second Color Identifier for users. Both will show in the Edit Schedule Pages.
- Users – Added ability for Admin to upload and Education directly from the user’s profile (Create Class, License, Skill etc).
