iOps360 grows each month with your ideas. Unlike many software companies, we value your thoughts and continually bring you the latest software to help your agency.

Here are a few of the changes made since last month:

  • Equipment Check Out Module – Staff can check in and check out designated equipment each shift. This will allow you to track equipment usage and also keep staff informed if the equipment has any Inspections Due or Open Service Records. https://iops360.comequipment-checkout-check-in/
  • Forms – Added Dynamic Form Routing so that Forms can be routed to different people depending on what the user put in the form. https://iops360.comconditional-form-routing/
  • Equipment – Added fields for Parts Cost, Taxes, and Mileage (Vehicles Only) to each Service Record and all reports.
  • Vehicle Check Offs – Integrated the Equipment module and the Vehicle Check Off to allow users to select a specific piece of Equipment in their Check Off. (ie Users can pick which specific SCBA or Monitor is on that unit). In the Vehicle Check Off, use the Question Type of “Equipment List” and select the Equipment type to show all equipment options to users. In the Vehicle Check Off Form setup, you can decide if the Vehicle Check Off will update the equipment module with it’s new unit/vehicle assignment or keep only as record in the Vehicle Check Off.
  • Education – Class View Page – Added Student’s Time Stamps In/Outs to the Class View Page to help to ensure all users have Stamped In/Out for the class.
  • Education – Class – Added the ability for Educators and Class Instructors to create time stamps for the users to streamline the class. Once a class is completed, the Instructor or Educator can Complete the class and add the Time Stamp In and Out for each day of the class.
  • Schedule – Recurring Events – Ability to add Recurring Events to the schedule x Days Before the end of the month
  • Inventory – Added settings to prevent Non-Admin (Sysop And Inventory admins) from Removing Inventory Items via the Inventory Removal page (Inventory Kiosk is exempt), viewing the Inventory Item Cost, and the Inventory Reconcile/Check Off feature. This will reserve these functions only for Admin users
  • Inventory – Added setting to prompt users for the Vehicle/Unit Id when removing items from the Inventory via website or Kiosk mode. This is useful for systems not using the Inventory + Work Order link to track where items are distributed.
  • Inventory Bar Code Printing – Added Row/Shelf/Bin filters to print all bar codes for a specific area.

On-going & Upcoming Projects
