Most feature requests are completed with out any cost to you. This business model pushes the system to grow and make a better product for all customers.

It has been a busy month and we have lots of new features and improvements for you. Here is a few of the latest changes and upgrades to the platform from last month:
- iOps360 App – Version 13.1 released. App will show unit Notes for Admin, and when a unit has Always Show Notes enabled. Added back button for iOS users on most pages, Improved server communications & Diagnostic/Troubleshoot mode, Notes will show in the App
- Dashboard – Added Partner Profile Images, Links to View Today’s Schedule, Description will show to all staff for the Units with ‘Always Show Notes’ enabled
- Bid Approval – Added link to Edit Today’s Schedule to view the current staff mix quicker.
- Status Board – Added a Live Radar Feed Zone and also a new Zone showing the Next 4 Days of the Schedule (Great for VFDs)
- Schedule Availability – Added the ability to show/hide staff Availability to Sysop, Admins, All Staff, or Hide on the Monthly Calendars, Day Summary, and iOps360 App views
- Shift Swaps – Added the ability for Admin to Cancel an Approved Shift Swap (Cancel leave, return leave hours, swap personnel back)
- Vehicle Tracking – We have moved the Vehicle Tracking setup out of the Units Config and Into the Equipment section. Here you can turn on/off Vehicle Following for any Equipment Type and setup the ESN/Tracking ID as an Equipment Attribute (like you would do for Mileage or Make/Model). This will allow you to have Vehicle tracking regardless of what the Scheduled Unit name is
- Vehicle Tracking – Added Support for Verizon Fleet Connect to pull coordinates into iOps360 Equipment and Mapping
- Education – Added the Time User Spent on the last Quiz Attempt to the Quiz Attempts page and also in the reports.
- Equipment – iOps360 app would scan looking for the iOps360 Equipment bar code. Now you can scan any bar code the equipment already has such as a portable radio serial number bar code
- Inventory Kiosk Mode – If an item exists in multiple locations, the screen will now flash and play an alert sound to ensure the user selects the correct item and does not continue scanning until selecting the correct item & location.
On our upcoming projects list, we will be adding a Fleet Status page to show all units, locations, upcoming inspections and more. We also have a new version of the app coming out, and a Quote Of The Day for the status boards.
