Import Your Vehicle Checks
NOTE: To import your Vehicle Checks, contact your iOps360 representative. These are a little tricky and we will guide you through the following steps. We will likely need a login and password to quickly import your vehicle checks (aka Forms).
iOps360 has Vehicle Checks and a separate Forms section. Forms in iOps360 would be a temperature check or uniform request. Vehicle Checks are actual checks for a specific apparatus.
Click on “Forms” and pick the first Form from the list.
- In Google Chrome, Open the inspector by holding Control and Shift Keys, then press “C”
- Click on the “Network” tab
- Reload the Aladtec tab (F5 key or Refresh button)
- In the Google Chrome Inspector tab, click on the first item (“index.php?action=manage_form_viewer&form=form_###”)
- Hold the Control Key and press “A” to Select All
- Paste the results to your iOps360 coordinator
Additional Tools
We can also import any other items such as leave accruals, leave balances, non-vehicle check forms, etc. Contact your iOps360 coordinator for any other items as we are glad to help at no additional charges.
