Thanks again for all the great ideas we receive each month. Our team has been working hard on a whole new app experience and will keep you posted on the progress. Here are some of the bigger changes we have made since last month to customize iOps360 to your needs:

  1. FleetIO – Agencies utilizing FleetIO can now import any Vehicles and Service Records into iOps360. See Integrations -> Vehicle Tracking -> FleetIO to setup your API and import the selected records.
  2. Recertification Portal – To assist users with matching up recertification hours from iOps into the national standards, we have made a couple important changes your educators and training officers should be aware. The Recertification Portal will read the users’ classes, other education, and training during their license period and automatically organize their hours based on what other users in your agency have done. i.e. BLS will distribute 1.0 hours in Ventilation, 0.5 hours in Oxygenation etc. Your educators and training officers can organize and approve the recertification packet if needed or this can be a tool to assist during the recertification process. The recertification packet, once approved by your organization, can also be accessible by the community college or accrediting board to review and approve the user’s recertification.
  3. Schedule Month View – Each user can toggle the base/station name above the positions to better identify each of your positions. Click the Settings icon on the month view and enable Include Station Name Above Events.
  4. Schedule Views – Daylight Saving Time will begin on March 12th. We have added this to the schedule views. You can enable or disable DST in System Config -> Scheduling -> Scheduler Setup to decide if users should be paid according to the true hours worked (i.e. 23 hours) or to disregard the Spring Forward (i.e. 24 hours).
  5. Vehicle Check Requirements – You can now setup how often your vehicle checks should be filled out and we can send a notification when a vehicle check has not been filled out in your designated time frame. I.e. Engine 1 should be filled out q24 hours and a notification can be sent if not filled out by 10:00am. Edit your vehicle check to select your time interval and when to send notifications.
