Thanks again for all the great ideas we receive each month. Our team has been working hard on a whole new app experience and will keep you posted on the progress. Here are some of the bigger changes we have made since last month to customize iOps360 to your needs:

  1. Education Licenses – Staff can create licenses in iOps with a start date of up to 6 months in advance of todays date. Previously it would not allow licenses beginning ahead of todays date.
  2. Equipment – Previously equipment could only be linked to on scheduled position. Now you can link as many as needed using the iOps Command or the Equipment pages. This will show the Equipment / Schedule link on your Fleet Position scene on the status boards. Added a slider in the top right of the Update Position Assignments page to update by Fleet or by Position to make updates easier.
  3. Missed Punch In/Out Notifications – Added two options to send a notification when a user did not clock in or out after a specific amount of time. If a user is scheduled at 08:00 and did not clock in after x minutes, iOps will send a notification to the user, the user’s supervisor, and/or a person in a specific position. See System Config -> Time Clock tab -> Time Clock Exception Notifications – > Missed Clock In/Out.
  4. Schedule – If you staff personnel on the schedule and assign a vehicle the day of the shift, the Equipment assignment will now show on the Day and Week views. Also added a link to Update Position Assignments from the Schedule Actions button.
  5. Schedule Editing – If you need to add many events to the schedule with no pattern (ie an On-Call schedule or Paramedic Students) you can use the Mass Create tool. This is in the Schedule Admin Menu with two versions. The Calendar Tool will allow you to select a position and drag staff onto a month calendar. While the Position Selector tool will allow you to add many users in a batch to one date at a time.
  6. Shift Letter Colors – Previously we were limited to only 4 shift colors (A-D). Now you can colorize any shift letters the agency needs.
  7. Status Boards – Added two new zones for the Schedule with Phone Numbers if the Communications centers need this information. We will display either the SMS Number, Phone #1 or Phone #2 from each users’ profile next to the their name/event.
  8. System Log – Added a date search field.
  9. Time Clock Kiosk – Added Reason Codes.
  10. User Profiles – Added a tab for user documents, searchable by type and by date.

Next Projects

We are over half way done with the new iOps360 App. We are re-writing the app from the ground up based on your feedback and this new language will allow us to add new features very quickly. Several agencies have asked about tracking Fuel Receipts so that is also coming up very soon.
