Our team has been working hard with your ideas and suggestions. We are putting the finishing touches on the app and hope to have it out to you in the next month. Here’s a couple of the big changes we made to iOps360 since last month:

  1. Auto Staff – Adjusted the auto staff code to help prevent users from submitting several time slots to increase their utilization %/award
  2. Class Reciprocity Requests – Added contact hours to the reciprocity request/approval system.
  3. Employee Tracker – Added a setting to allow any Supervisor to create an event for a user that is Not in their direct reports. See System Config -> Users -> Employee Tracker -> Settings
  4. Equipment Fuel Entries – Users can now add Fuel Entries into the Equipment section. You can now record mileage, gallons, cost per gallon and receipt images using the Fuel Entries tab. This will be added to the app in the near future also.
  5. Google Calendar Sync – You can now pick which calendar we sync to in google. We will retrieve your available calendars from google when you enable the sync. If you don’t have any calendars next to your name, stop and restart the google calendar sync and we will re-download your calendar list.
  6. Inventory – Added supplier price history and the ability to create suppliers from the Inventory Item page.
  7. Inventory Orders – Added item cost through out the order pages and the ability to have the same part number with multiple units of measure from a supplier.
  8. Inventory Removal – You can now re-label the OCA/Chart Number field when removing items from inventory. This might be useful to record another identifier such as user name if not all staff are using iOps. See System Config -> Inventory -> Inventory Settings
  9. Messaging – Added a new option to message users NOT working today (From Midnight to Midnight)
  10. Schedule Views – You can now create views to Only show selected open positions (ie EMT opens and Fire Fighter Opens). See System Config -> Scheduling -> Schedule Views -> Edit -> Only Show Open Shifts
  11. Status Boards – Added Filters for Cost Center and/or Schedule Views to all Schedule related zones.
  12. Time Off Requests – If you agency allows non-admin staff members to go negative with their available balances, we now have a setting for this. See System Config -> Scheduling -> Leave -> Hours Tracking to enable.
