Happy holidays from the iOps360 family. A big thank you to everyone working during the holidays to keep us safe. Each month we make a lot of changes based on your feedback. Keep the ideas coming and we will keep rolling out new features.

Here’s some of the larger changes we have made recently:

  1. New Dashboards, Menus and Widgets – We have replaced the old menus with a newer left and right side menu. This will allow you to customize the look and feel of iOps to your needs. Click the blue icon on the bottom right of the page to toggle between Horizontal Menus vs Left Side, Light Mode vs Dark Mode and more. You now can have multiple dashboards such as a user dashboard and admin dashboards with different content. Users can be assigned to dashboards based on their permissions and by designating specific users. We have lots of different widgets that will display a variety of content from iOps. Try out the widgets and design your dashboards any way you like. To change between dashboards, click the 4 dots in the menu bar.
  2. Dashboard Widget – Added widget for Upcoming Classes and Upcoming Public Classes with Attendees (i.e. Car Seat Installs)
  3. Education – The education requirements now include the Skill Expiration date and sends reminders to staff 30 days prior to a skill expiration and the day the skill expires.
  4. Pay Codes – Added a Bonus Pay pay code type to allow for an additional payments to users on a per-event basis (i.e. $25 per shift)
  5. Integrations – Currently working on payroll integrations with Skyward and Oracle platforms.
  6. Status Board – We have re-written our Status Boards to allow for better compatibility with many TVs, improved performance and UI updates. We are planning on releasing this mid December. Daily position notes have also been added to the Schedule Views for quick reference.
  7. Schedule2.it – The app team is nearing completion of the integration with Schedule2. This will allow staff to automatically link between iOps and Schedule2 for narcotic tracking via the iOps Vehicle Check pages.
  8. Surveys – Added a new user permission to manage
  9. Quick Books Desktop – Added Quick Books Desktop IIF file exports for payroll. If your agency/accountant uses Quick Books desktop, reach out to our staff to configure the connector and easily transmit payroll data to QuickBooks
  10. Employee Tracking – Added ability to remove attachments on Open Employee Tracking incidents.
  11. Schedule Editing – Added a Mass Edit events tool to click and select multiple events. You can change the Position or Unit
  12. iOps360 Order Feature – You can now re-order iOps360 Rfid supplies such as scanners and tags directly from the Inventory menu. Any users with SysOp, SuperUser or Inventory Admin can place orders, receive shipping updates and track orders quickly placed.
