With the Covid-19 pandemic, we have rolled out several changes to help assist you with your operation along with other tools to iOps360 to help your organization thrive.

Using the iOps360 forms section, staff members can record their temperature and symptoms quickly. If a temperature is above your threshold or the user reports symptoms, we can email that information and also aggregate using Reports -> Forms. We have several example forms we can install for you to get you started.

Here is a few of the others changes and upgrades to the platform from last month:

  • App Updates – Added the ability to change the inventory demographics and par levels for admins inside the app. Also added a reconcile feature for staff to quickly scan and update quantity, expiration dates, and row-shelf-bin locations.
  • Bases & Stations– Added fields for the base Door Codes and Notes. These are editable from the System Config -> Bases/Stations menu.
  • Clock In/Out with App – With many admin personnel working from home, we have increased the range we allow for clock in/out. You can now enable each locate with a distance of up to 50 miles or unlimited/anywhere also.
  • Cost Centers – We are building out the Cost Center feature to allow you to have multiple divisions inside one agency. This will allow multiple schedules and users with the ability to see information in only the cost centers each user has access to. Will keep you updated on the details.
  • Edit Today’s Schedule – In the user information window in the bottom right, added employee’s phone number for quick reference
  • Education – When deleting a class, we made you remove all students prior to deleting. This has been integrated so that if students are signed up for a class and you delete the class, we will remove any scheduled events and auto email the students that the class has now been deleted.
  • Employee Pay Rates – Pay rates have now been restricted to only users with Sysop (Highest) permission levels. Pay rates are now viewable to sysops along with the pay rate history, from the user profile view page.
  • Equipment Service Records – Added additional fields for Fuel Costs, Maintenance Costs and Invoice Number
  • Event Flags – Calendar events can be manually marked with one or more event flags (ie Supervisor or Charge person of the day). These flags will now show on the Status Boards and the Month Calendars.
  • Forms – Improved validation & ability to send email when numerical value (ie Staff Temperature) is Greater Than X or Check Boxes are selected/not selected. Corrected a validation/required warning when using MS-Edge browsers
  • Memos – Required memos are more strictly enforced. Staff would be directed to the Memos section but could navigate away from the required memos. This is now enforced to ensure staff members open each memo. If multiple memos are required, a button to go to the next required memo has been added to make it easy for staff to review all memos quickly.
  • Month Calendar – Improved printing of the month calendar. Added a week view. Improved spacing for long user names / positions. Day of the week now shows in the list view title. Event flags added in month view/week/list views
  • Profile Pictures – Added a setting to Prevent Non-Admin Users From Changing Their Profile Picture. This setting is available in Config -> Users -> User Permissions / Misc.
  • Quiz Question Importer – You can now import quiz questions from Jones and Bartlett and also questions in the standard Brownstone RTF format. See the Integrations Menu -> Education for additional details.
  • Status Boards – The schedule Event Flags will now show on the status board. Created two new zones for Today and Tomorrows schedule but with out the scheduled times. This is useful for agencies when the Times are in the Unit/Vehicle name and prevents redundancy
  • Vehicle Check Offs – Added a tools menu to allow you to duplicate an entire vehicle check off, a page from a vehicle check off, or an entire category. Great for quick customizations to your fleet

Thanks again for all your great ideas and keep them coming. Be safe out there
