Thanks again for all the great ideas we receive each month. Here are some of the big changes we have made since last month to customize iOps360 to your needs:
- Availability – Added a Base/Station preference for users for the Auto Staff feature. The base preference is used to further fine tune which user is awarded the shift. Users can set their preferences on the Availability page. If no base preferences are set, user is assumed to prefer all bases
- Education – Added ability to import quiz questions from excel sheet. You can now select which User Roles are Required to complete a con-ed and allow other user roles to just view or exclude as needed. See Edit Con-Ed -> User Role tab for details
- Education Quizzes – You can now designate the number of questions users will receive on the quiz out of the all the questions. If you have 50 questions but want users to randomly be assigned 25, you can set the Maximum Number Of Questions to 25 and iOps360 will assign and grade accordingly
- Education Reports – All education reports can be filtered by Cost Center(s)
- Equipment – Corrected issue with the Equipment type (ie vehicles) not staying selected when editing equipment and returning to the Equipment search
- Inventory – Added a Mass Update inventory via an excel sheet. You can download the sheet and make any changes to the item name, description, row-shelf-bin, quantities, expiration dates, etc and then upload the excel to make your changes instantly. See Inventory Menu -> Mass Update Inventory via Excel
- Resources – iOps360 will now enforce users to view/open required resources. Prior this was advisor only
- Recurring Pages/Messages – You can now schedule recurring messages around the end of a users shifts. ie 2 hours before the end of their shift. See System Config -> Email & Paging -> Automatic Recurring
- Schedule – Added Filter by User Status (FT/PT/Volunteer). Added ability to create leave request from the Day View -> Time Off Requests Menu
- Schedule Month View – Corrected Drag and Drop issue when dragging user would not change the unit user was on.
- Status Board – Added 3 new zones – Schedule over a specific time span (ie 0600-1800), Notes By Day Of Week to show day specific information, RSS News Feeds (ie EMS1 or Major News Carriers) and Road Closures in a paragraph format. We are working on an automatic road closure system with Waze
- Vehicle Tracking – Added two settings to restrict Vehicle Tracking to Sysop level users and/or Supervisor & above permission. This will prevent the corresponding users from being able to access the vehicle tracking feature. See System Config -> Users -> User Permissions
