Thanks again for all the great ideas we receive each month. Here are some of the big changes we have made since last month to customize iOps360 to your needs:

  • Server Upgrades – With all the growth we have completely updated our backend to scale better and help improve site speeds and response times
  • HR Users – We now track the dates of all Employee Status changes for quick reference. Anytime a user changes their Status (FT/PT/PRN/Salaried) and/or their assignments, this will be saved for reference. You can view this information from the User Profile page and click on their Status
  • HR User Fields – Added Equal Employment Opportunity fields (Race/Sex/Veteran/Disability) and history of user status changes such as FT to PT, Termination, Exempt etc
  • HR User Allowances – Added an Allowances section to track any budgets per employee such as Educational funds, Uniform allowances, Volunteer days etc. Each user can be issued a specific amount of hours or money and iOps360 will record the amount remaining in the users profile. Once admin has approved your request (i.e. from a form), admin can document the deduction in the user’s profile
  • HR User Benefits – Also added benefits tracking such as Health insurance, vision, dental etc. You can create the benefit types in system config and quickly reference which employees have which benefits along with their costs and employer costs
  • Classes – Added an Attendance Summary that will show users who attended and their time stamps. Useful for a hard copy reference of users who attended a class and their hours
  • Education – Added Report Of Classes and Licenses Expiring In The Next 30 days. This can be ran manually or scheduled to run automatically
  • Reminders – Added reminder for staff to sign their time card that sends on the first day of the new pay period to any staff who have not already signed their time card
  • Schedule Integrations – You can now show or hide open shifts in the iOps360 Schedule Integrations. If you are sharing your schedule to google/office 365 etc., you can turn on or off the open shifts in the feed. This setting is in System Config -> Schedule -> Schedule Setup -> Integrations
  • Time Cards – We have rolled out a new universal time card system with pay code integration. This will allow you to quickly add and change when pay codes are invoked based on Unit assigned, Job Code, Schedule Flags and more. Any agencies already on custom time cards will not have any changes. If you would like to migrate to our new system, please contact any iOps360 team member
  • Training – Updated the Training Summary Report so that you can run many staff at one time rather than individually
