Thanks again for all the great ideas we receive each month. Here are some of the big changes we have made since last month to customize iOps360 to your needs:

  • App Updates – Added time clock reason codes to the clock in/out page. Re-designed the clock in page to indicate if the last time stamp was an in or an out. Added separate buttons to also indicate if this time stamp will be an in or an out. Vehicle Checks updated to correct some items not saving reliably
  • Classes Instances – Added a quick remove user button next to each user’s name for quicker editing of users signed up
  • Continuing Education – Added the ability to turn on or off certificates for each topic. If staff need to upload proof of a topic outside of iOps360, you can turn off the iOps360 certificates to ensure staff upload the correct item
  • Education – You can now review each users’ quiz attempts by clicking on User Attempts tab inside the ConEd. Click on the attempt # to open the details of any attempt. Added a Question Analysis tab on each ConEd to show the percentage of users getting the answer correct. This can help guide future education topics and/or re-wording of questions
  • Equipment Inspections – Added a Mass Create inspection tool and mass comply with inspection tool on the Equipment -> Inspections page. This will allow you to create a new inspection by equipment type (i.e. 6000 mile oil change for all vehicles). The mass comply with inspections feature will allow you to quickly comply with all the selected inspections (i.e. all 5 inch hose was pressure tested)
  • Forms – Added an Auto Increment field that can be used for generating call numbers or any identifiers that will only be used once and automatically increase by Year (i.e. YY-####). See Forms -> Editor -> Number fields to set the auto increment
  • Inventory – Added Inventory Flags so you can set any custom labels on items such as Currently Unavailable, Backordered, Discontinued etc. to help organize your stock
  • Leave Hours Tracking – iOps360 will now track leave balances to 3 decimals. Added ability to Pro-Rate time off requests if your agency does not remove hours 1 hour leave = 1 hour to remove from time off balances. (i.e. Don’t deduct hours during designated sleep time or on a proportion 16 hours leave = 24 hours worked). Contact iOps360 with assistance for setting this feature up
  • Open Shifts – Users can now split open shifts that are 24 hours (or greater) to request the entire shift or a portion. The options available to the users are set with the Schedule Editing Quick Picks (System Config -> Scheduling -> Scheduling Setup -> Quick Picks) which will typically align with a first half or second half
  • Recurring Messages – Added option to send recurring messages at the start of users’ shifts in addition to the end of shift reminders. These can only be set in 1 hour increments such as at the start of the shift or x hours before/after the start or end of the shift.
  • Reports – Added reports for Inventory Items Expiring, and Kit Status along with Automatic Reports of both also
  • Schedule – Added unit icon and unit color to the Day View for easier identification of units/positions. Added unit icons for the Communications staff along with several other types.

  • Swaps – Admin can now create swaps for users on the Calendar Admin Page and also on the Swap Approval page. If your agency is using pro-rated leave hours, the true hours to be deducted will also be shown.
  • User Profiles – Re-organized the user view page to allow easier editing of Contact Info, Emergency Contacts, and several other sections and improve performance
