Did You Know? You can customize exactly who receives the Hours Change Request notifications by cost center and by shift letter.
Hours Change Request
For programs that do not use the clock in feature, iOps360 has a feature called the “Hours Change Request” to let staff request changes to their schedule such as coming in early, leaving late etc. The feature will allow staff to quick document why the variance occurred and allow admin to approve.
Notifications
Notifications are broken down by Cost Center and by Shift Letter. The cost center can be All cost centers or a specific cost center. Click “Create New Notification” and enter the Cost Center and Shift Letter to enable notifications.
