As you know, we make improvements and add new features to iOps360 each month at no cost to you. We like to let you know about these changes and guide us on how we can serve your agency best.
Here is a few of the latest changes and upgrades to the platform from last month:
- Automatic Reports – Added a new automatic report called “Approved Leave For Prior Month” which can be automatically delivered to your email. Any other reports you want automated or created, just let us know.
- Equipment – Equipment now has a new Status of Decommissioned. If you no longer use the equipment but do not want to delete a piece of Equipment for records purposes, you can select the Equipment Status as Decommissioned. This will prevent it from being selected and email notifications when inspections are due but will retain all of the records and service records for that equipment.
- Memos – Added ability for Educators to Create/Edit/Delete memos
- Messaging & Time Cards – Added Filter for Salaried Staff Only
- Integration – Keystone Payroll – We now integrate with Keystone HR portal to send and retrieve payroll information and time card data with the click of a button.
- Resources – Added user tracking on each file in a resource in addition to opening the entire resource. this will allow you to track which users did / didn’t open individual files and links. We also added filters on the Admin Compliance page to show users Completing, Not Completing, Viewed All Files, and Not Viewed All Files
- Schedule Analysis – We have added a new tool called Schedule Analysis that will calculate the number of shifts, hours, and overtime for your agency per week. This will help ensure you are giving equal shifts to personnel and monitor any scheduled overtime created. Learn more at https://iops360.comproducts/scheduling/schedule-analysis/
- Schedule Editing – You can now set the Quick Picks for Schedule Editing instead of only First Half, Second Half and Full Unit Time. See System Config -> Scheduling -> Scheduler Setup.
- Schedule Rollback – iOps360 can now un-rollback a schedule rollback. We will take a snapshot of the system and package this in case the rollback is performed and needs to be restored. Should this happen, contact iOps360 and we can quickly restore the schedule to the prior rollback state.
- Shift Swaps – Originating user can cancel a shift swap easier by clicking Cancel in the My Swaps list as long as User 2 has not already approved the swap.
- Shortcut Keys – We have added site wide shortcuts to navigate to many areas of iOps360. Want to send a message, you can press CONTROL + ALT + C and go right to the Compose New Message page. See all the shortcuts at https://iops360.comshortcuts-keys/
- Status Board – Public Google Calendars Zone – You can now add a second Google Public Calendar and the iOps360 Status Board will merge events from both Google Calendars and display the upcoming events. This is useful if you agency has multiple Google Calendars
- Subscriptions + Reminders – Added a new Subscription for the Open Shifts in the Next 24 Hours, Open Shifts in the upcoming week, and Reminder to Create the calendar for the upcoming month. Admin can now designate which Subscriptions should be enabled when a new User is created and also turn on the Subscriptions for existing staff. https://iops360.comproducts/scheduling/automatic-shift-reminders/
- Time Cards Holidays – You can now customize the number of hours each holiday will give to Full Time and Salaried staff. This will allow you to add Salaried only holidays as well as Full Staff only holidays by setting the appropriate hours per each date. See System Config -> Scheduling -> Time Card Holidays
- Vehicle Check Offs – Added the ability to create a work order from the Vehicle Check Off section. If enabled, users will have the option to create a Work Order when completing a Vehicle Check Off. The Work Order will be pre-filled with the Vehicle Check Off name, date, and unit, along with the user’s notes from the Vehicle Check Off comments at the bottom. To Enable this feature, edit the Vehicle Check Off and click the box “Allow Users To Create A Work Order (If Needed)”.
- Work Orders – You can now add custom questions to each work order category to ensure staff provide you with the specific details you need to complete the work order. You can now also add attachments to work orders. Learn More at https://iops360.comwork-order-custom-questions/
