Reports

iOps360 has a vast amount of reports available. Reports are automatically sorted into Categories to help you find the report quickly. The current categories include “My Reports / Favorites”, “Active911”, “Education”, “Equipment”, “Inventory”, “Leave”, “Schedule and Time Stamps”, “Surveys”, and “Users”.

Running A Report

To run a report, click “Features” and then “Reports“. Select a Category from the list. Reports may have extra filters such as Date Ranges, Users, User Roles etc that will be useful to narrow the report to what you are requesting. Once all filters have been entered, click “Run Report“.

Report Favorites

Reports that you commonly run can now be designated as “Favorites“. Any report that has been marked as a favorite report will be added to the category “My Reports / Favorites“. To mark a report as a favorite, run the report and click the “Star” icon in the top right of the report output. Similarly, to Un-favorite a report, click the “Star” icon again.

Report Requtests

If you want a report we do not have, contact any iOps360 team member via the online Chat, Email or Phone number and we will quickly add the report.
