Thanks again for all the great ideas we receive each month. Here are some of the big changes we have made since last month to customize iOps360 to your needs:
- App Updates – We are nearing completion of the next app update to include Vehicle Checks inside the app along with barcode and proximity scanning of equipment, kits, and inventory. Staff can more quickly complete their vehicle checks and scan equipment to ensure it is present and track movement of equipment in your organization. ETA by end of the month.
- Equipment Attributes– One equipment attribute can be designated to show in the Equipment Search page and iOps360 command. An attribute like Snow Chains or Serial number can be designated, and the value will be shown on the search page in equipment and fleet in iOps command. This can provide quick access to valuable information with out having to open each piece of equipment to see the custom attribute.
- Hours Change Request – For the agencies not using the clock in features or if a user is not able to clock in, users can submit an Hours Change Request. You can now default the unit to a specific unit (ie extra events or call ins) when user create a request for a new event.
- Inventory– On the view items detail page, added search filters for the Adjust Quantity and Adjust Par levels for agencies that have many Inventory Locations.
- Schedule Views – Added the ability for users to request open shifts from any view.
- Status Board– You can now filter the status board schedule scenes to a specific cost center such as the front line trucks or the admin schedules. Edit the status board scene and select which cost center by clicking the edit button on the scene (Next to the seconds to display).
Thanks again for all your great ideas and keep them coming. Be safe out there
