Thanks again for all the great ideas we receive each month. Here are some of the bigger changes we have made since last month to customize iOps360 to your needs:
- Con Education Certificates – You can now customize the teaching institution / certificate message for each con ed. This is useful if education is geared towards differing credentials such as EMS vs RN vs RT. By customizing each institution message as needed, you can help ensure acceptance when users are recertifying. The default message from System Config -> Edu Settings will be applied to all new Education created.
- Contract Module – You can now track any agency contracts and licenses in iOps360. Items like Vendor contracts, DEA licenses, etc. can be added along with documents and notes to track the latest updates. You can also get reminders prior to the contract end
- Employee Tracking – Added option to print the event for HR purposes.
- Equipment – On the view page, added links for Prior/Next piece of equipment. Can update Crew/Position assignments from iOps Command and from the Equipment search page now.
- Status Boards – Added a new zone for Work Orders so that staff can stay informed of specific work order types that are not completed. To use this feature, select which work order categories should be included in System Config -> Work Order categories. Then add the zone ‘Work Orders – Active’ to your status board lineup.
- Vehicle Checks – Added a feature to transfer a non-completed vehicle check from one user to another. If your agency is sharing a phone/tablet among crews, a crew member could start filling out a vehicle check on another users profile if they did not logout of the app. This will allow you to move the vehicle check to another users profile if needed.
- Vehicle Checks – QR Codes can now be printed that will link to the vehicle check fill out page. If your agency is not requiring scanning of equipment (i.e. user must take a picture of items) then the QR codes can be printed on sticky paper and attached to apparatus. Users can scan the code and go directly to the vehicle check.
