If your county payroll system is using Time Clock Plus (TCP), iOps360 can quickly send time stamp information into their platform. TCP is using a CSV import method and iOps360 will quickly generate this file for you to import into TCP.

Ensure the following items are completed:

  1. Ensure you have the Payroll Integrations Module enabled (System Config – Modules)
  2. Ensure all staff have an Employee Id set that matches with TCP (Users – Options – Mass Update Users – Employee Id)
  3. Contact iOps360 to enable the integration (Bottom of your time cards – Export to Payroll)
  4. Verify your Pay Codes match those in TCP (System Config – Time Cards – Pay Codes)

Export Steps:

  1. Navigate to Schedule and select Time Stamps & Time Cards.
  2. Select either Time Stamps (Clock in/out data) or Time Cards (Scheduled event data) depending on your agency preferences.
  3. Select the Pay Period and All Users.
  4. Click Generate Time Stamps or Time Cards.
  5. Once all time stamps have been verified, scroll to the bottom and click the tab Export To Payroll.
  6. Time Clock Plus will already be selected from your export preferences.
  7. Click Export To Time Clock Plus to generate the CSV file which can be uploaded into TCP.
