Our team has been working hard with your ideas and suggestions. Here are few of the bigger changes we made to iOps360 since last month:
- Task Module – We have created a new module called our Task Module. This allows you to assign items to staff when conditions occur. These can be Hourly, Daily, Monthly, Yearly, a New Employee is created, employee anniversaries and more. Two great examples are 1.) Someone at Station 2 needs to take the trash to the road and 2.) An employee’s hire date is 90 days out and their supervisor needs to complete an evaluation on them. There are many scenarios you can setup to ensure task items are completed. - SAVVIK Buying Group – We are now partnered with the SAVVIK buying group for agencies needing cooperative contracts and 3rd party purchasing. https://www.savvik.com/iops360/
- New App – Our app team has a brand new app experience ready to go. We are targeting the 15th of August for the rollout. Great job everyone!
- Education – We have updated our video servers to allow for better playing of long videos. You can now record a base meeting or training and attach these to ConEd course, Resources, etc for quick access
- Skills – We have added a secondary skill verification layer if needed. IE Virginia medical directors might have to co-sign on an intubation or other high priority skills. This can be enabled for specific skill types such as high priority items along with designation of who the secondary approvers. See System Config -> Education -> Skill Types to enable.
- Self Scheduling – Overhauled the Self Scheduling system to allow for easier assignment of groups and requirement lists. Self scheduling is useful if you place staff into groups and they pick which days & shifts they would like to work. If your agency is interested in this method of scheduling, contact any iOps360 team member for assistance with your setup.
We will be focusing on app development and putting more and more in there. Keep the great ideas coming and be safe out there.
