Another month and lots more cool changes based on your ideas. Here’s a couple of the bigger changes since last month for iOps360:

  1. Active 911 – Added the ability to increase the number of results shown on the Active 911 calls section. The new filter is in the top right corner of the Active911 alerts page.
  2. Clock In – We have added a new permission to allow the user to clock in/out from anywhere. This is great for Admins that respond from home and also community paramedicine where they do not always come back to a location after the calls are completed. Another scenario would be taking a lunch break while on the road to visit patients. Edit any user and Enable the Clock In From Anywhere permission.
  3. Messaging Menu – Admins can now fine tune the message recipients to easily select the correct staff. You can combine filters such as Cost Center, User Roles, Shift Letters etc. to generate the perfect notification list. Be sure to click Save Recipients so you can quickly reference this group next time you are needing to notify staff quickly.
  4. Inventory – Created a new feature called Mass Update Supplier Pricing to select the items a supplier provides and quickly update the pricing/qpo/uom etc. of each item.
  5. Inventory – We have made lots of changes to the inventory menu for the RFID inventory system. Updates include the View Page to better show the item counts along with RFID counts in one view. Kit Expiration dates are included in the Expiration items search tool.
  6. Supervisors Daily Passdown – Currently the passdown is saved per person, day and cost center. This prevents a supervisor from changing another supervisors entry. If you would rather have one passdown for the entire day, you can enable a new setting to allow all supervisor to edit one entry for the entire day (i.e. not by each person). See System Config -> General -> Supervisor Passdown Config.
  7. Time Off Requests – Added a setting to show the Leave Category (Sick, Holiday etc.) to all staff. Some agencies may allow additional time off requests when using a Kelly Day or SDO. This will allow Non-Admin staff to see the Leave Category on the website and app but no notes. See System Config – Schedule – Leave Settings to enable.

We are continuing to work on a new Status Board with more zones and faster speeds. The RFID team is putting a few finishing touches on the app and system to provide you with an awesome system — We’re stoked! The RFID suppliers are all setup and we are evaluating a new LED based RFID tag too.
