Another month and lots more cool changes based on your ideas. Here’s a couple of the bigger changes since last month for iOps360:

  1. Active 911 – We can now see which apparatus/page groups are included in your alerts. This is now part of your calls and can be viewed and searched. You can also filter which alerts go to your status board based on the page groups too. See System Config -> Email and Paging -> Active 911 Config.
  2. Reports – Added an Equipment out of service report along with option to make this an automated report that can be scheduled.
  3. RFID – Thanks to all the agencies that have helped us complete beta testing of our RFID system. We have officially rollout out the RFID system for general use. Great job engineering team! Please contact any iOps360 team member if you want to learn more about the system for vehicle checks and inventory control.
  4. Status Board – Added a new zone to show the schedule for another agency. This is great when you communication center needs to see the fire/ems/etc schedule on their status board. Contact iOps360 to link your agencies together and utilize the Zone named Schedule Linked Agency.
  5. Schedule 4 Week View – We are testing out a new 4 week schedule view that you requested. Be sure to setup your organizational views using the Actions Menu > 4 Week Tiers. This will allow you to create different views such as a Day view and Night view, along with different tiers of staff such as Admin vs Staffing. Contact any iOps360 team member and we will be glad to configure the view to your needs.
  6. Time Cards and Pay Codes – We have added a specific day of the week field on the pay code utilizations. This will allow you to pay staff differently based on their position (i.e. Double time for weekend shifts or any scenario along those lines).
