Happy new year to everyone! We wanted to say a big thank you for all the great ideas and new features we have been able to bring to iOps360. Keep the ideas coming and we will do our best to make it happen!

Here’s a few of the updates we rolled out last month to make iOps360 the platform you expect:

  1. Automatic Reports – Added several automated/scheduled reports including Supervisors Passdown for Yesterday, Schedule Flags, Schedule By Selected Positions and several others.
  2. Ellucian Banner ERP – You can now export payroll codes to Ellucian Banner ERP system using a CSV file. If your agency uses Ellucian Banner, contact any iOps360 staff member for the initial configuration steps.
  3. Open Shift Request Approvals – You can now click to approve an open shift request directly from your email or app. If your agency has Open Shift Request Notifications enabled (System Config – Scheduling – Open Shift Request Notifications) then a message will be sent to the designated staff when a user requests an open shift. Now you can click the link to quickly approve the request.
  4. Open Shift Requests – Added a setting to allow users to request part of an open shift such as 9:15-12:45. We currently have options for the user to request parts of an open shift (ie First Half) and this new setting will allow users to request any custom times they are available. This is useful for volunteer departments where full coverage is not always required.
  5. Oracle HR Integration – iOps360 has a full integration with Oracle Fusion HCM including automatic user sync, leave/absences and more. Contact iOps360 to configure the connector if your HR backend is using Oracle or for more information.
  6. Schedule2.It – We have added 3 Dashboard Widgets to show the recent medications used, recent shift changes and expired/expiring medications. Any agencies already using Schedule2.It will have these turned on automatically on your Admin Dashboard. Data will update each hour from their servers to ours.
  7. Time Cards – We have added an optional notes section to the time cards. This is useful for documenting deviations by the user or admin staff with a length of 250 characters. To enable see System Config -> Time Cards -> Time Card Settings -> Enable Notes.
  8. User Permissions – Add a user permission for Task Administrator to manage user tasks. Users with SysOp, SuperUser, User Admin or Supervisor already have this ability so this is useful when a non-admin, non-supervisor needs to manage tasks.
  9. Vehicle Check Offs – The Print view will include the RFID items scanned and missing as an integrated view.

We will be focusing on Work Orders and several new features including a Holiday/Vacation yearly picker with a focus on the agencies that submit a years worth of time off requests in a batch. We will also be working on an available job/hiring portal, Skyward ERP integration, and Event Invoicing modules.

iOps360 Updates For January 2024
