Each month we release new updates from YOUR ideas. Keep the great ideas coming by creating a work order for iOps360. Here are some of the bigger updates we have rolled out since last month:
- Careers and Job Module – The careers and job module allows you to list active job postings and applicants can apply online. Applicants can review the posting, answer any questions and attach documents to complete the application process. Once received, you can approve the applicant and automatically create the users account in iOps360. Learn more at https://iops360.com/careers-job-openings/
- Class Search Page – UI Updates and now includes classes that you have requested but not yet been approved.
- Scheduling Open Shifts – When a user requests to work an open shift, iOps360 would send a notification when the event was with in 10 days from today. Now you can adjust this threshold from disabled to 100 days in advance in System Config – Scheduling – Open Shift Notifications.
- Status Boards – Added live video feeds for several states. NC is in the process of adding live video and we are coordinating with them. If you state has live video feeds available but not yet added into iOps, please let our staff know and we will expedite.
- Training – Added ability to search by Training Audience, ability to select specific departments/agencies for Multi-Agency Training, Report for Multi-agency training.
- Time Clock Kiosk – We have added support for RFID badges to the time clock kiosk. If your agency already has proximity badges for staff, this will speed up the clock in/out process by quickly swiping the employee badge over the reader.
