We are constantly making new features and optimizing our suite of tools based on YOUR feedback. If we can improve a feature or add a new tool, just let us know. Here are a couple of the changes we have made since last month:
- App Updates – You can now remove inventory items from the app directly and Inventory Admins can create new inventory items through the app. Scan any item and if not found, iOps360 will prompt the inventory admin to create the item
- Education Documents – Added a new tool to allow any users to upload cards/documents quickly by guiding them to create a new Class/License/Skill/Other Education or finding the existing item and adding the document to it. This is location in Education Documents – “Upload My Class Card / License”.
- Education Queue Flags – If you are waiting to approve an item in the Education Verification Queue, we now have flags to indicate why you are waiting on an item such as final class roster or additional details. Flags can be used to indicate why you are waiting to approve an item. Learn more at https://iops360.comeducation-verification-flags/
- Equipment – Added Reset Button to Equipment Search page to clear any filters such as Equipment type, or assigned to. Added ability to create an Equipment Service Record from the main Service Records Search page also.
- Forms – Added a new setting to allow the form to be viewed by 1.) Any Supervisor or 2.) Any User In The Organization. This is useful for Inventory Tracking forms or other shift hand off information.
- Forms – Added Vehicle Ids/Truck Ids to the drop down choices list and also the Auto-Complete fields
- Inventory – Added a Inventory Transfer feature to quick move items between locations with Row-Shelf-Bin and Expiration Date support. This is currently available in the website/mobile version and not in the app yet.
- Inventory – You can designate which locations Non-Admin staff have the ability to reconcile in the System Config -> Inventory Locations. This will allow staff to perform the reconcile and prevent them from modify the bulk/admin only inventory quantities
- Reports – Added an Equipment report for Cost Per Mile that will aggregate the total mileage and cost over a date range
- Schedule – Cost Centers – Completed the schedule filters for Cost Centers through out the site. If you need filters for Cost Centers in any additional areas, just let us know.
- SpiderTracks Vehicle Tracking – Added support for SpiderTracks for vehicle mapping and following
- Swaps – Added user comments and admin comments on the swaps
- Vehicle Checks – Check offs can now be placed into Categories. Examples include Daily vs Monthly checks, By Base or any other strategy that you create.
- Work Orders – Users can be encouraged to add users from a specific unit/vehicle when creating a new Work Orders. This is useful to remind staff to include a Supervisor or other position when a work order is created. This will serve as an FYI to keep other admin staff in the know while not changing who has access to close that work order category. See System Config -> Work Order Categories to enable.
- Work Order – You can now sort/re-order the Custom Questions in the Work Order Category config.
