Education Verification Flags

Normally, staff will create Educational items such as Classes, Licenses, Skills and Training which can be quickly verified. However, situations may occur that you want to hold verification. iOps360 now has Verification Flags that you can mark items in the Education queue. By creating any flags that you like, iOps360 can be customized to your normal workflows. Once the item has been approved, the flags are automatically removed.

Creating and Editing Flags

iOps360 will automatically create a new flags for you. You can add, rename or remove any flags, at any time. To customize your Education Verification Flags, have an Educator or Admin enter the

System Config -> Education Tab -> Verification Flags.

Click on any flag to change the name or delete the flag all together. New flags can be created by click “Create A New Education Flag Type“.

Setting Flags

You can attach flags to any item in the Education Verification Queue. To set a flag on an item, simply click that item from the list and then “Add / Change Verification Flag“

Items with a flag will be shown in the Education Verification Queue for follow up.
