Our team has been working hard with your ideas and suggestions. Here are few of the bigger changes we made to iOps360 since last month:
- Document Security – Per the latest best-practices, we have updated our document encryption to better protect the employee licenses/documents/uploads.
- Education Expiration Reminders – We will send notifications to users when a class or license is about to expire at 90 days, 60 days, 30 days, 15 days and when it expires to help ensure compliance
- Employee Tracking & Late Clock Ins – We have added a new section to the Employee Tracking Module that can record late clock ins. You can decide for each occurrence if an employee tracking event should be created after reviewing the details. Great way to make sure the employee tracking events get created when necessary
- Forms – Added QR Codes to start a form (Similar to the same with Vehicle Checks)
- New User Leave Hours – iOps awards leave hours to users when the schedule is created. When a new employee is hired FT and the schedule has been created for several months out, this tool will help you select the number of months/pay periods/etc to award to the user. The tool will pop up automatically when a PT user is changed to FT and can also be ran from the User View page in the Options menu.
- Transports – You can enable or disable the available units on the timeline view. If no positions are selected, then all positions will be used. If a position is removed, any upcoming transports will be un-assigned to ensure a transport is not missed from the view.
- Vehicle Check Offs – Added ability to draw your signature inside the vehicle checks. The current iOps app does not support this new feature and will be available with the new app upgrade which is nearing completion
The app team is nearing completion of the new app which will allow us to add more features and release app updates quicker to you. The dev team is re-writing the entire LMS system to allow for adaptive learning and lots of cool new features. Much more to come and keep the great ideas coming!
