We are excited to welcome 10 new agencies this month and with new users comes lots of great ideas. iOps360 will be at the SC EMS Conference in Myrtle Beach this week so be sure to stop by booth 102.
- App Updates – The app team has been working hard on a new version with Inventory Reconciliation and many other features in the app. Will be released in the next two weeks.
- Class Instructor Notification – Added a setting on the Class Instance to notify the instructors when someone signs up or cancels from that class. This will also alert the instructors when Public Users sign up or cancel also.
- ConEd – Added a setting to require users to open each file or link with the education in order to proceed to the quiz(es). Once a file has been viewed, it will turn from red to green color.
- Education – Added quiz question importer for Jones and Bartlett Question in the iOps360 Integrations menu.
- Education Public Classes – Improved the ability to add non-iOps360 users to a public class by adding auto-complete on the Public User Name and Agency Affiliation. Also added button to Save and Add Another.
- Equipment Quick Assign To User – In the user profile, you can now quickly assign equipment to a user with the button “Assign Equipment”. Select one or more pieces of equipment and click save.
- Leave Requests – Added a new status of Pending Coverage when approving a time off. This will create an open position and once that open position is filled, the leave request will automatically approve itself. – https://iops360.comtime-off-pending-coverage/
- Inventory – Added the ability to In-activate an item which will retain the historical records but prevent item from begin removed/restocked through out the site.
- Messaging – Corrected issue where some users could not view sent messages after they were received
- Monthly Calendar – On Open Shifts with Users Requesting to work, added the Name of the users requesting when you hover over the open shift for admin users only
- Reports – Improved the Excel Report export to fix an Office365 compatibility issue.
- Report Categories and Favorites – You can now mark reports are Favorites for quick access. Learn More at https://iops360.comfavorite-reports/
- Schedule Integration – iOps360 can now integrate with Office365, iCal and Google Calendar – iOps360 can now link with any external calendar software such as Office365 or Google calendar to show 1.) All Public Classes, 2.) All Classes, and 3.) iOps360 Crew Schedules. iOps360 will update a special link that other calendars will automatically sync with and show the latest updates. Useful to allow the Medical director to see your education and also share with outside agencies for Public Classes. Learn more at https://iops360.comclass-calendar-integrations/
- Shift Templates – Added ability to In-activate the template so it will not be used when calendar is built but retain the pattern and users in-case you need it in the future.
- Shift Swaps – Corrected issue with iOps360 blocking some users from swaps at the end of their shift when the swap rolls into the next day. Added option for Users to Split 24 hour shifts into two halves for Shift-For-Shift swaps.
- User Profiles can now have custom fields – Added the ability to track fuel card pin numbers or any other identifiers you like. https://iops360.comuser-profile-aliases-and-custom-fields/
