Thanks again for all the great ideas we receive each month. Here are some of the big changes we have made since last month to customize iOps360 to exceed your needs:
- Added a Billing Portal– You can more easily view your prior invoices, check the invoice status, generate W9s, and review contracts from our billing portal. You can see when invoices are received to ensure continuation of service. See System Config -> General tab -> Billing Portal.
- Classes On The Schedule – You can now customize which class types automatically get added to the schedule. Your agency might have mandatory classes which should create events on the schedule/pay employees and non-mandatory classes that should not be put on the schedule/pay employees. See System Config -> Education -> Class Types to customize which will be added to the schedule.
- Class Expiration Dates – Class expirations are typically pushed to the end of the month. You can now decide for each class type if they should expire on the exact date or be pushed to the end of the month for each class type. See System Config -> Education -> Class Types to customize.
- Quiz – Added a button to print the Quiz in case you want to give the users a printed copy. The button is available in Edit Quiz page along with option to print selected answers to facilitate grading.
- iAmResponding – Added support for IAR. When an alert is received, iOps360 will monitor an email address and use this to display on your status boards. IAR does not have an advanced API for us to obtain responses and details but this will trigger the call info on the status boards. https://iops360.comintegrating-iops360-with-i-am-responding-iar/
- Schedule – Added an option in the Tools menu to duplicate an event many times. Useful when you have irregular patterns or put an extra position online for several days. Click on an event from the schedule and select Tools -> Duplicate (Many Times)
- Inventory Imports – Added tools to import items from Operative IQ And Life Assist. We can quickly import your inventory items, supplier details, costs, etc. from both platforms to get your inventory up and running quickly. Contact any iOps360 team member and we will assist with importing your data
- Equipment Inspections – Added notes when you are complying with an inspection. You can now set exactly when an inspection is due (i.e. 60k miles) and iOps360 will calculate the last complied with amount. Useful when inspections are not always the same amount/frequency.
- Employee Tracker – Any agencies that were using the older Employee Actions module have been upgraded to Employee Tracker events. See the iOps360 help guide or contact any iOps360 for a quick update if you have any questions.
- Non-Emergency Transport Scheduler – We are nearing completion of the NE Transport module which will allow you to schedule transports, track point of contacts, bed/floor/apt etc., patients, notes and more. Crews can be assigned to the transport and reminder notifications sent when the trip is ready. We need your help designing this correctly, so if your agency would like to use the module, let us know so we can include your ideas.
