Have a great idea? We want to know. The iOps360 platform is not a static product. The platform has grown with requests from agencies just like yours. Most feature requests are completed with out any cost to you. This business model pushes the system to grow and make a better product for all customers.
It has been a busy month and we have lots of new features and improvements for you. Here is a few of the latest changes and upgrades to the platform from last month:
- iOps360 Command is a new feature that brings your Staffing, Fleet, Education Requirements, Vehicle Tracking, and Vehicle Check Offs into one easy to use management portal. Quickly scan for Red/Yellow/Green lights to identify any issues and make a corrective action. You can see the current staffing, when the last vehicle check off was completed, Time In/Out status of staff and much more. You can enable the iOps360 command in System Config -> General Tab -> Modules.
- Status Board – Added motivational Quote of the Day in the Scroller with option to turn on/off.
- Education Verification – Added a button to Mass Approve selected items as a batch. Added filters for Class/License/Training etc and User Search also.
- ConEd – Contributors and Instructors can now export/pdf/excel report of the users passing. Used when Contributors are re-certifying and/or evaluation time.
- ConEd – Security updates and mobile device updates. Added options to randomize/not randomize the Questions and the Answers for each quiz.
- Profile Subscriptions – Streamlined the Subscriptions/Automatic reminders in the user profiles. Added a new Subscription to notify users when the schedule has been published, and to submit their Availability if not already done.
- Schedule Publish – Added option to Publish the schedule and Notify all staff. This will message all users and notify them that the schedule has been published.
- Education – Class Rosters – Improved Printing. Added Agency Name and Instructors for required compliance.
- Education – Added ability to Let users pick the Date Obtained and Date Expires in the case of Drivers Licenses where the license length varies from one person to another.
- Forms – Added option to Email form to yourself / another user
- Messaging – Added Quick links to help compose messages faster including upcoming Open Shifts (with and with out the Unit Names)
From all of us here at iOps360, we appreciate all the great ideas. Next we are working on incorporating your agency’s user evaluation process and updating the Employee Actions module to count “Points”. Once a staff member has accrued a specific number of points, supervisors will be notified and an action plan can be created.
